UNSchool.si is a complete, credit-bearing high school for grades 9 through 12, fully online, and a school for homeschooled students from grade 6. Courses are credit-bearing and mapped to Common Core and the Next Generation Science Standards. A state-certified educator signs off on every credit. The transcript carries external test scores: MAP Growth three times a year, the PSAT, and the SAT or ACT. Graduates leave with a full transcript, a portfolio of shipped work, and a publicly defended capstone.

Kai, a personal AI instructor, teaches one to one, by voice or by text, whenever your child works. Every student belongs to a pod led by a state-certified educator with special education or ADHD training, who reviews the student every week, adjusts the plan, and is accountable for the instruction. Anything concerning reaches a human the same day.

About 3.5 to 4.5 hours of engaged learning, at whatever time of day your child's brain actually works. Night owls and morning learners are both normal here. Bad days are planned for: a hard day is a lighter day, never a failed one.

Before tuition is paid, we build your child's Learner Record from their whole story: report cards and teacher comments from previous schools, any evaluations, IEP or 504 plans you choose to share, a structured conversation with you about what has been tried and what blew up, and several short conversations between Kai and your child about what they love, what they hate about school, and how they like to work.
