Before tuition is paid, we build your child's Learner Record from their whole story: report cards and teacher comments from previous schools, any evaluations, IEP or 504 plans you choose to share, a structured conversation with you about what has been tried and what blew up, and several short conversations between Kai and your child about what they love, what they hate about school, and how they like to work.
What went wrong at the last school becomes an instruction to Kai. Shut down under timed drills? Kai never shows a countdown on practice. Stalled on multi-step written instructions? One instruction at a time, worked example kept on screen. Thinks out loud? Kai teaches by voice.
